Do not skip the reference weight - an uncalibrated machine fails the next QC check.

Add a Knowledge Check to any instruction and AI writes the questions from the content you already published. Set the pass threshold, and the check becomes the gate: team members have to pass it before they can start a run.
Questions span five types - comprehension, retention, application, safety and sequence - so a check tests whether someone can do the job, not whether they can remember the last sentence they read.

Reading a checklist is not the same as doing it
