Ordered content bundles
Add instructions and documents in a specific order. Team members complete them sequentially. Each item shows completion status with a progress bar.
Assign with due dates
Assign a collection to one or more team members. Set a due date. They see it in their My Tasks hub and My Progress page. Overdue assignments are flagged automatically.
Badges and qualifications
Award a badge when someone completes a collection. Choose an icon. Set an expiry period - team members must recomplete the training to renew their certification.
Certification expiry
Badges can expire after 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. The system tracks expiry dates. When renewal is due, the team member and manager are both aware.
Threads - learning paths
Sequence multiple collections into a Thread. Team members complete them in order, building expertise progressively. Earn a qualification on Thread completion.
Progress tracking
See completion percentage per collection, per team member, and per content item. The collections page shows at-a-glance progress bars for everything.
Feeds into analytics
Collection completions flow into the analytics dashboard. See who's completed what, who's behind, and overall training coverage across your organisation.
Compliance collections
Create a "Mandatory Policies" collection with your H&S policy, data protection policy, and disciplinary procedure. Assign to all staff. Track who's signed and who hasn't.
Recurring training
Link collections to the scheduler for recurring assignments. Annual H&S refreshers, quarterly compliance reviews - set it once, it recurs automatically.
