Schedule, assign, and track recurring work
Not everything happens once. Equipment checks, safety inspections, stock takes, and cleaning schedules need to happen on time, every time. The scheduler turns instructions into recurring, assigned, trackable tasks.

Recurring tasks
Set daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence. The system creates new task instances automatically. Equipment checks, cleaning schedules, and safety inspections never get missed.
Assign to anyone
Assign tasks to specific team members. They see it in their My Tasks hub with the due date and priority. No ambiguity about who's responsible.
Calendar and Kanban views
Managers see tasks in a Kanban board (Pending → In Progress → Completed) or a monthly calendar. Two views of the same data - use whichever fits your workflow.
Overdue tracking
Tasks past their due date are flagged automatically - in the scheduler, on the team member's My Tasks page, and in the analytics dashboard. Nothing slips through.
Direct link to runs
Each scheduled task links to an instruction. Click "Start Run" and the team member walks through the procedure step by step with photo evidence. The scheduler is the trigger, the instruction is the guide.
Priority levels
Mark tasks as low, medium, or high priority. High-priority tasks are visually prominent. Team members know what to do first.
Time tracking
Every run records when it started and finished. See how long procedures take. Identify bottlenecks. Track efficiency over time in the analytics dashboard.
Completion analytics
The analytics dashboard shows scheduled task completion rates, overdue counts, and trends over time. See whether your team is keeping up with recurring work.
Completion reports
Each completed run generates a report with every step, photo, and note. Managers can review what was done, when, and by whom. Evidence, not assumptions.
